Nitrogen protection atmosphere requires temperature detection (temperature detection of the kiln head and tail inside the cooling kiln), pressure detection, and oxygen content detection

The cooling section also needs to be equipped with cooling water drainage tanks and pump valve supporting equipment

Discharge method: Unloader discharge to prevent material blockage

Discharge outlet height: approximately 1.6m

Sealing method: combination of mechanical seal and nitrogen gas seal, oxygen content: ≤ 2%

Note: After discharge, it enters the subsequent conveyor.

1. The PLC program control system is equipped with UPS power supply, which has the functions of continuous display of equipment operation status and furnace temperature after power outage in the factory, as well as continuous sound and light alarm.

2. The hot kiln and cold kiln are each independent systems, arranged in high and low layers. The discharge from the tail of the hot kiln is connected to the head of the cold kiln, and the cold kiln is equipped with a chute or gravity feeding system

3. Pre embedded plates have been made on site (see drawings and photos), and steel platforms, maintenance platforms, ladders, guardrails, etc. need to be made for hot and cold kilns, fully considering the convenience of maintenance.

4. The pyrolysis gas is discharged from the kiln head and then enters the high-temperature resistant dust collector. After passing through the high-temperature dust collector, the exhaust gas enters the TO furnace for incineration. The supplier shall provide exhaust pipes, high-temperature dust collectors, and fan components. The exhaust pipe and dust collector should be insulated and heat traced to ensure that the pyrolysis gas does not condense and cause pipe blockage or bag sticking.

5. Both the pyrolysis kiln and the cooling kiln are equipped with explosion relief devices, emergency discharge pipelines, and valves.
