4、 Usage and Online Connection

1. Remove the instrument from the packaging box, inspect the appearance and interior for any serious damage caused by transportation, and then verify if the power cord, accessories, and certificate of conformity are complete.

5、 Precautions

1. This instrument does not consume during useKOHPotassium hydroxide only consumes distilled water, so distilled water can be replenished according to the situation and the liquid level should be kept between the upper and lower lines. (It is recommended to replace the electrolyte every 6-7 months and reconfigure it using the same method as before)

2. This instrument“N2”“H2The traffic display value is for reference only. It is converted from electrolytic current. due to“N2”“H2It is output after buffering in the gas storage purification room, so the output flow rate is stable. Therefore, it is normal for the flow rate to display 1-2 changes in the ten digits.

3. Observe the moisture adsorption of the color changing silicone gel, and users can replace it according to 2/3 of the color change of the silicone gel.

4. After working for 1000 hours, the activated carbon in the oil purifier needs to be replaced.

6、 Method for replacing color changing silicone gel

Turn off the power switch, wait for the pressure indicator to reach zero, then rotate the drying and purification chamber clockwise, replace it, and install it in the opposite direction, ensuring that the seal does not leak.

7、 Replacement of activated carbon

Turn off the power switch and wait for the pressure indicator to reach zero. Open the top plate of the instrument, then remove the stainless steel degreasing purifier containing activated carbon. Rotate the bottom cover counterclockwise, pour out the activated carbon, and replace it. (Replace with 2-5mm pencil lead activated carbon) After that, install it in sequence, and use foam water to detect leakage to ensure that the seal is airtight.

8、 Special Reminder

If the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge is low or the digital display is higher than usual, it is generally caused by air leakage. A comprehensive leak detection should be conducted using soap solution. Especially when replacing the color changing silicone, special attention should be paid to not squeezing foreign objects at the upper and lower thread sealing rings.

When the air system is frequently at traffic lights, it is generally due to excessive flow or air leakage. It should be checked for leaks in a timely manner, otherwise it will damage the machine and prevent it from working!

3. Air source instruments are strictly prohibited from starting up without load! When not turned on for a long time, the electrolyte should be discharged from the drain pipe behind the instrument.
