PSA nitrogen generator is a nitrogen production equipment designed and manufactured based on pressure swing adsorption technology. The nitrogen generator uses high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent and adopts the pressure swing adsorption principle (PSA) at room temperature to separate nitrogen and oxygen in the air and produce high-purity nitrogen gas. Usually, two adsorption towers are connected in parallel, and the imported pneumatic valve is controlled by an imported PLC to automatically operate, alternating between pressurized adsorption and depressurization regeneration, to complete nitrogen oxygen separation and obtain the required high-purity nitrogen gas.
