The transmission of Nipah virus mainly occurs through the following pathways:

This is mainly transmitted through droplets, direct contact with the patient's secretions or excreta.

NiV Ag detection reagent (colloidal gold method)

This product is only used for epidemiological investigation of suspected Nipah virus infection samples in the population and cannot be used clinically.

【 Principle of Inspection 】

This product uses rabbit anti Nipah virus monoclonal antibody and sheep anti rabbit IgG polyclonal antibody coated with nitrocellulose membrane as the detection line and quality control line, respectively. It is composed of colloidal gold labeled anti Nipah virus monoclonal antibody and other reagents. The chromatographic double antibody sandwich principle is applied to qualitatively detect Nipah virus antigen in the sample.

【 Precautions 】

1. After removing the test strip card, it should be used immediately to ensure that the reagent is dry during use, as the reagent will become damp and ineffective after being exposed to air for too long.

2. After use, put the reagents into packaging bags, disinfect them centrally, and then dispose of them to prevent environmental pollution.
