Overview

NiCr22Fe18Mo round bar is a nickel based high-temperature alloy with high iron content, mainly strengthened by solid solution of chromium and molybdenum. It has good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, moderate durability and creep strength below 900 ℃, and good cold and hot formability and welding performance. Suitable for manufacturing combustion chamber components and other high-temperature components of aircraft engines, with long-term use below 900 ℃ and short-term operating temperatures up to 1080 ℃. An alloy that can withstand certain stress at high temperatures of 600-1200 ℃ and has the ability to resist oxidation or corrosion.

NiCr22Fe18Mo is a nickel chromium iron molybdenum superalloys with excellent high-temperature strength, resistance to weathering, and processability. NiCr22Fe18Mo has a high resistance to heat up to 2200 ° F. This nickel steel alloy also has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications. The hardening of the matrix supplied by molybdenum content results in high strength of solid solution alloys with excellent manufacturing characteristics. Although this nickel alloy is mainly known for its heat resistance and resistance to weathering, it also has excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, carburizing, and resistance to recovery or carburizing atmospheres. Two common conditions often lead to early failure of high-temperature alloys, carburizing and nitriding, and Hastelloy X resistance.
