measuring principle
The basic working principle is UV visible continuous spectral scanning. When a beam of light passes through the test liquid, any substance in the liquid will absorb the light, reducing the intensity of the transmitted light. The instrument measures the absorbance at different wavelengths to depict the absorption curve. By analyzing the absorption curve, the test component can be qualitatively and quantitatively tested. At the same time, solid particles in the liquid will scatter light in various directions, causing a decrease in the intensity of transmitted light (at all wavelengths). Continuous spectral scanning can effectively compensate for the influence of changes in the background composition of the tested liquid. The probe tested using this method has a certain testing interval and cannot be tested continuously.
WTWThe spectral sensor adopts an optical design, with a symmetrical measurement system and reference system, the same optical elements, light intensity, light quantity, and optical path length, so it has automatic drift compensation and does not require conventional zeroing.

Automatic cleaning
NitraVis /CarboVis /NiCaVisOptical sensors have multiple cleaning methods, including ultrasonic cleaning or compressed air cleaning, as well as composite mode ultrasonic cleaning+Compressed air cleaning. The sensor will automatically select the cleaning cycle. If you choose to blow with air, you need to set the corresponding relay function.
Ultrasonic cleaning system
The probe is equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning system as standard, which ensures long-term reliable operation and saves maintenance. Optical lenses will vibrate slightly under the action of ultrasound, which can effectively prevent pollutants from adhering to the optical lenses, greatly improving the stability and reliability of testing.
Air blowing device (optional)
When the on-site conditions are extremely harsh, it is recommended that users choose another set of high-pressure air blowing device to achieve dual safety and ensure the reliable operation of the system.
