Oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzerThe usage process

Power on preheating

Turn on the host, gas (He, Ar), cooling water, etc.

Preheat for more than 30 minutes to ensure stable temperature of the furnace and detector.

System inspection and blank correction

Perform a 'blank run' (empty crucible heating) to measure the background value of the system.

If necessary, perform leak detection and carrier gas flow calibration.

Sample preparation

Weigh the sample using a precision balance (accurate to 0.01mg) and record the weight.

The sample needs to be dry, free of oil stains, and can be in block or powder form (powder needs to be compressed into tablets).

Injection analysis

Place the sample into a graphite crucible.

Start the analysis program, and the instrument automatically completes the entire process of heating, gas release, and detection (approximately 2-5 minutes per analysis).

View and export results

The software interface displays the O, N, and H content.

Data can be stored, printed, or imported into LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

Shutdown maintenance

After the analysis is completed, run the 'cleaning program' to remove residual gases.

Turn off the heating and vacuum systems, and finally turn off the gas and power.
