working principle

New digital intelligent pressure transmitterIt mainly consists of pressure sensors, signal amplifiers, V/I converters, compensation circuits, etc. The varistor is connected to the measuring diaphragm as a Wheatstone bridge, and pressure is applied to the diaphragm. The bridge outputs a voltage signal proportional to the pressure, which is amplified, converted, and outputted as a standard 4-20mA two-wire current signal. Digital pressure transmitters are used to measure the liquid level, density, and pressure of liquids, gases, or vapors, and then convert them into 4-20mA DC signal outputs. The digital intelligent pressure transmitter can communicate with the HART controller for setting, monitoring, or forming an on-site monitoring system with the upper computer. The on-site adjustable intelligent differential pressure transmitter is a new product developed by our company according to on-site requirements. It can be operated without a manual controller and can achieve on-site zero adjustment, configuration, and other operations through button pressing.
