Magnetic flip column level gaugeStructural principle:

The liquid level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float of the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
It can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment. This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions, with reliable safety. It compensates for the shortcomings of glass plate (tube) level gauges, such as unclear indication and easy breakage, and is not affected by island and low temperature fluctuations, without the need for multiple sets of level gauge combinations.
The entire measurement process has no blind spots, displays wake-up, provides intuitive readings, and has a large measurement range. Especially in the on-site instruction section, as it does not come into direct contact with liquid media, it is more effective for high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic and harmful, and strongly corrosive media. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety, reliability, and practicality than traditional glass tubes and plate level gauges.

1. Structure
According to the principle of buoyancy, the float in the measuring tube moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The magnetic steel inside the float drives the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when it falls, it changes from red to white, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
2. Upper and lower limit switch output

By using a magnetic float to move with the liquid level, the switch installed at the set position of the liquid level gauge riser can be activated to achieve on-off control or alarm.
3. Electric remote transmission of liquid level gauge
Install a transmitter on the magnetic flap level gauge. The transmitter consists of two parts: a sensor and a converter. It moves up and down through a magnetic float and uses magnetic coupling to sequentially move the measuring elements inside the conduit, obtaining changes in resistance signals and converting them into standard current signals of 0-10 or 4-20mA for output. These signals are then connected to digital display instruments or computers for remote display and control.
Installation and Maintenance
1. The installation of the liquid level gauge must be vertical to ensure that the float component can move freely up and down inside the main pipe.
2. Magnetic conductors are not allowed to be close to the main body of the liquid level gauge, otherwise it will directly affect the working accuracy of the liquid level gauge.
3. After the installation of the liquid level gauge is completed, it needs to be calibrated with magnetic steel to guide the flip column once, so that the display below the zero position is red and the display above the zero position is white.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the liquid medium from rapidly rising with the floating ball component, which may cause failure and disorderly flipping of the column. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the liquid level stabilizes.
5. According to the condition of the medium, the drainage flange can be regularly opened to clean the sediment in the main pipe.
