This equipment is assembled from several parts, including the workspace, return air box, fan box, outlet box, and outer box. The control panel is located on the front of the working area inside the equipment. The control panel adopts a touch sensitive LED control panel, which can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the fan working conditions, and adjust the required wind speed in the working area (after the equipment is installed and used, specialized personnel need to adjust the working conditions). There is a differential pressure gauge next to it, which tests the resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust adjustment plate inside the air supply box, which can adjust the exhaust volume of the equipment within a reasonable range (after the equipment is installed in place, it should be tested by professionals, please do not adjust it without authorization)

working principle

This device adopts a vertical unidirectional airflow form, and the return air needs to be pre filtered through a primary filter to remove large dust particles in the airflow,. After pre-treatment, the air is further filtered through a medium efficiency filter to fully protect the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, it is filtered through a high-efficiency filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. The clean airflow is sent into the air supply box, with 90% passing through the uniform flow air mesh plate to form a uniform vertical air supply airflow, and 10% passing through the air volume adjustment plate to be discharged from the equipment. All airflows are processed by high-efficiency filters, so there is no residual dust in the air supply and exhaust, avoiding secondary pollution. Due to the formation of a stable unidirectional flow in the work area, the dust emitted in this area will be captured by the primary and medium efficiency filters under the influence of the unidirectional airflow. The equipment is equipped with a 10% exhaust system, which creates a negative pressure relative to the external environment, ensuring to some extent that dust in this area will not spread outside and protect the external environment.
