3、 Structure

This machine is mainly composed of a body, eccentric shaft, connecting rod, fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, adjusting mechanism, handwheel, crossbar, etc.

4、 Working principle

100*60Jaw crusherDuring operation, the electric motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate through the pulley, causing the movable shaft to periodically approach and leave the fixed shaft, resulting in multiple crushing processes such as squeezing, rubbing, and grinding of the material, causing it to gradually fall from large to small until it is discharged from the discharge port.

5、 Installation and precautions

1. The installation foundation of the machine body is reliable and flat to prevent uneven force from causing rupture.

2. Before testing, it is necessary to check whether all fastening screws are tightened and whether the pulley is flexible when turned by hand. If any abnormalities are found, they should be eliminated before testing.

3. Before the test drive, it is necessary to conduct a no-load test. During the test, rotate the small hand wheel to check if the adjustment mechanism is flexible. It can only be used after half an hour of no-load operation without any abnormal phenomena.

4. The hardness of the crushed material should not exceed moderate hardness to avoid accelerating the damage of the parts and reducing their lifespan.

5. For the convenience of discharging, the installation height of the whole machine can be appropriately increased during installation.
