Overview
The FSR-600FB natural gas calorific value analyzer is an intelligent industrial online analyzer developed by combining the NDIR non dispersive infrared principle with new microcomputer technology. Suitable for use in various non explosion proof situations, it can analyze and monitor the total carbon hydrogen, CO, CO2, CH4 and other gas contents from ppm level to 99.9% online.

1. The FSR-600FB natural gas calorific value analyzer is equipped with a 7-inch LCD touch screen, with a simple and intuitive operation interface that allows for flexible selection of measurement units (%, ppm, mg/m?) to meet the data reading needs of different scenarios.
2. Support automatic real-time recording of measurement data, with a storage capacity of up to 10000 records. The recorded data can be switched between "list" or "curve" display formats, making it easy to observe and trace data trends.
3. It has the function of custom control points, equipped with passive relay output interface, and comes standard with 4-20mA analog signal interface and RS485 communication interface, which can easily connect with DCS system and computer, realizing data remote transmission and integrated control.
4. The gas path design and program logic fully consider sensor protection, adopt a sealed structure, effectively avoid external interference, and ensure the long-term stability of the whole machine operation.
5. High cost-effectiveness advantage: The core sensors are imported products to ensure accurate and reliable analysis results; Other components are made of domestically produced parts with quality not lower than imported standards.
