New Quantum X align aligned two-photon lithography (A2PL)®)The system has achieved precise placement of high-precision structures through the newly added high-precision alignment function, enhancing Nanoscribe's widely recognized 3D micro nano machining technology. This highest resolution printing device with nanometer level precision alignment 3D printing function utilizes A2PL technology, and free-form micro optical components can be accurately aligned and printed onto the optical axis of optical fibers or photonic chips with sub micron precision. Can be applied to the production of efficient optical interconnects for photon integration and packaging or miniaturization of imaging optical devices, such as for minimally invasive endoscopic examinations.


Complete from alignment to printing in one step

The packaging of integrated photonics or miniaturized medical devices typically requires tedious placement and A2PL optical interface alignment processes between various micro optical components. Quantum X align simplifies this process, and A2PL technology enables automatic detection of optical interfaces and their spatial directions on photonic chips or fiber cores, as well as direct printing of free-form surface micro optics or diffraction elements in place. While achieving more compact equipment, it reduces assembly errors and greatly reduces the complexity of the process chain, avoiding the previously costly manual alignment process.

Align optical fibers and photonic chips

When printed on a single split fiber or V-groove fiber array, the automatic 3D fiber core detection system and automatic tilt correction function ensure precise alignment and low coupling loss.
