Total phosphorus determination (in accordance with international GB11893-89): Potassium persulfate is added to the sample as an oxidant, and the water sample to be tested is dissolved at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes to convert phosphides into phosphate ions. The total phosphorus content of the water is detected by molybdenum blue spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength: 700nm).
Total nitrogen determination (in accordance with international GB11893-89): Potassium persulfate is used as an oxidant to dissolve at 120 ℃ for 30 minutes, converting nitrides into nitrate ions. The pH of the sample solution is adjusted to 2-3, and the total nitrogen content in the water is detected by UV spectrophotometry (measurement wavelength: 220nm, 275nm turbidity correction: A=A220-A275 × 2).
COD (UV) determination: Dual wavelength spectrophotometry (UV 254nm, visible 546nm).
