The NMP gas leak alarm Gasboard-2063 is a high-performance gas leak alarm based on the non dispersive infrared principle (NDIR) independently developed by Sifang Optoelectronics. Suitable for detecting the concentration of central gas in drying equipment and exhaust pipes, the sampling instrument body and display part adopt an integrated explosion-proof structure design, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. At the same time, the instrument has the characteristics of automatic calibration, long-term maintenance free and long service life. It has industrial 4-20mA current output, RS485 external communication and concentration limit alarm output functions, and can be applied to complex and harsh high-temperature industrial environments.

Technical principle:
The tested gas exhibits strong absorption of infrared radiation at specific wavelengths, and its absorption intensity follows the Lambert Beer law. When a light wave corresponding to a characteristic absorption wavelength of a gas passes through the tested gas, its intensity will significantly decrease. The degree of intensity attenuation is related to the concentration of the gas, and the relationship between the two follows the Lambert Beer law.
