Equipped with eddy current sensors, it can measure the radial vibration of various rotating mechanical rotors' shafts. Suitable for the system design and use of TSI rotating mechanical devices, it can be widely applied in industries such as power, machinery, chemical, metallurgy, etc. Provide multiple parameter measurements and early fault diagnosis for the safe operation of rotating machinery

1)Key phase method:

Channel B is connected to a key phase sensor, which emits a key phase pulse for each rotation of the shaft, providing time for eccentricity measurement

Intermediate benchmark; Channel A is connected to an eccentricity sensor, which measures only one eccentricity.

This method is suitable for measuring shaft eccentricity of units with large speed variation ranges, such as steam turbines.

2)Keyless phase mode:

Channel A and B are each connected to an eccentricity measurement sensor to measure two eccentricities, without any key phase input.

This method is suitable for measuring shaft eccentricity of units with relatively small speed variation ranges, such as water turbines.
