The new digital viscometer is an intelligent instrument based on single-chip intelligent control. This series of viscometers uses high-performance stepper motors and drivers, which operate accurately and smoothly according to program settings. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at a constant speed through a torque sensor. When the rotor experiences viscous resistance in the measured liquid, the force is fed back to the torque sensor, and after corresponding internal processing and calculation, the viscosity data of the measured liquid can be displayed on the LCD screen. Compared with similar instruments, this series of instruments has the advantages of convenient operation, intuitive reading, rich display content, high measurement accuracy, stable speed, strong anti-interference performance, and wide working voltage range of 100-240V (50/60Hz).
In terms of instrument operation and use, this series of instruments has functions such as measuring value percentage of full range value, range overflow alarm display, automatic scanning, and timed measurement. With these functions, users can intuitively, quickly, and accurately select suitable available rotor and speed combinations, and can save the determined testing conditions for easy retrieval and use in future production testing processes.
This series of instruments is widely used in industries such as solvent based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, food, starch, etc.

The newly designed NDJ series digital viscometer not only has modern aesthetic elements in appearance, but also has more convenient operation, more accurate measurement values, and more complete functions; Many of them are still not available in similar products in China at present. Adopting highly integrated microcomputer chips, imported stepper motors and other key components, it has functions such as LCD backlight display, program setting, automatic control, timed measurement, automatic scanning, and error alarm. The measured data is accurate, reliable, and has good repeatability.
The main features of NDJ series digital viscometer are:
1. The measurement data is displayed directly on the LCD screen without the need for secondary calculation.
2. Adopting microcomputer drive technology and imported stepper motor, the speed is precise, stable and reliable.
3. Adopting advanced switching power supply technology, the voltage and frequency range are wide, and the fluctuation of the power supply will not affect the measurement accuracy.
4. The horizontal display device is located below the viscosity meter operation panel, making it very easy to adjust (new function added).
5. The viscosity value display accuracy is accurate to two decimal places, namely 0.01mPa. S (new function).
6. It has the function of timed measurement, which is very practical for detecting non Newtonian liquids (new feature).
7. Temperature probe can be selected to measure the temperature of the tested sample in real time.
8. It has an automatic scanning function, and the instrument can automatically recommend the appropriate combination of rotor and speed.
9. It can automatically display the maximum viscosity range that the selected combination can measure.
10. Equipped with a printing interface, it can directly connect to a micro printer to print various data (new feature).
11. Optional data processing software can be used to record in real time the changes in viscosity with time, speed, rotor (shear rate), and temperature, which provides a good method for understanding the viscosity and rheological properties of non Newtonian liquids.

1. As viscosity is a function of temperature, the temperature fluctuation of the instrument should be controlled within ± 0.1 ℃ when working at room temperature, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement. If necessary, a constant temperature bath can be used.
2. Keep the rotor surface clean.
3. Due to the fixed linear range of the balance spring, please pay attention to the torque% value during measurement, which should be between 10% and 95%. When the% value is too high, the viscosity will display the overflow symbol "EEEEEE". At this time, the rotor should be replaced or the speed should be changed, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the measurement.
