Preparation for operation of multi parameter water quality analyzer

1. Ensure that the instrument is in a stable environmental condition

Avoid direct sunlight, strong electromagnetic interference, and high humidity that may affect the test results.

Ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable workbench, avoiding vibration and impact.

2. Check the required power specifications for the instrument

Confirm the power requirements (such as voltage, current, etc.) according to the instruction manual.

Connect the instrument to a stable power supply, ensuring a stable power connection to prevent voltage fluctuations from damaging the instrument.

3. Prepare corresponding water sample collection containers and reagents

According to the testing requirements, prepare the corresponding water sample collection containers and reagents.

Ensure that the samples have been collected and stored correctly to avoid contamination or spoilage.

Startup and Calibration of Multi Parameter Water Quality Analyzer

1. Press the power switch

Press the power switch and wait for the instrument to start. The startup time is usually around 1 minute.

Calibration can be performed once the instrument displays normally.

2. Enter calibration mode

Select the parameters that need to be calibrated on the screen and follow the prompts to perform the calibration operation.

Standard solutions should be used for calibration to ensure the accuracy of test results.

Adjust the measurement range of the instrument as needed to make it suitable for the actual situation of the test sample.

Water sample testing

1. Take a certain amount of water sample

Take a certain amount of water sample and pour it into the prepared water sample collection container.

Ensure that the sample fully covers the sensor and wait for the display of the measurement results.

2. Insert the water sample collection container into the position of the instrument

Insert the water sample collection container into the position of the instrument to ensure a good connection.

Check if the sensors and probes are clean and insert them into the test sample.

3. Select the parameters to be tested on the instrument operation interface

When the instrument is turned on, select the water quality parameters that need to be monitored through the menu interface.

Use the directional keys to move the cursor and the confirm key to select parameters.

After selecting the target parameters, press the confirm button and the instrument will start automatic measurement.

During the measurement process, the instrument will display real-time data. After the measurement is completed, the instrument will automatically save the data.

Data Processing and Storage

1. Read data

During the measurement process, you can read the current transmittance or absorbance value of the sample from the instrument's display at any time.

If further processing or analysis of the data is required, software equipped with the instrument or external data processing tools can be used.

2. Store data

If it is necessary to save measurement data for subsequent analysis or reference, the data storage function of the instrument can be used.

Please refer to the instrument's user manual or consult relevant technical personnel for specific operating methods.
