Multi functional two-photon imaging platform Bruker2pplusUsing near-infrared/infrared lasers with strong penetration in biological tissues to excite fluorescent luminescent groups in the sample for fluorescence imaging. This technology has low phototoxicity and high imaging depth, making it suitable for imaging and functional research of thick living tissues (such as brain slices, intact organs) and even living biological specimens. Bruker's two-photon products mainly include the Investigators series, which focuses on high-quality in vivo imaging, and the Ultima series, which focuses on functional research in vivo. (6) There are various light stimulation modules available, such as full field LED illumination, 1p/2p uncaging module, SLM, etc., which can be used for stimulation/imaging sequence experiments, stimulation/imaging synchronization experiments, and multi-point simultaneous stimulation/imaging synchronization experiments. The scanning optical path is optimized in the nanometer range of 400nm-1700nm, and any wavelength of light stimulation experiment within this range can be flexibly selected.
