XNano Prime is a new generation of microfluidic encapsulation equipment for lipid nanoparticles based on a four channel intelligent chip. It covers a single preparation range of 0.4mL to 120mL and integrates functions such as online dilution, automatic screening, process parameter optimization, and precise temperature control.


XNano Prime breaks through the limitations of traditional devices and empowers customers to freely develop innovative lipid nanoparticle synthesis processes (such as one-step preparation of antibody conjugated LNP and Core shell structured LNP, online dilution preparation of LNP, etc.), and expands multiple application scenarios such as gene therapy and delivery systems through customized chips.
