The LD-6S multifunctional laser dust analyzer particle detector is a new type of dust measuring instrument developed by our company with humidity correction function, which can effectively reduce the influence of humidity on measurement values and improve measurement accuracy in high humidity climate environments. The instrument has a replaceable cutter (providing multiple options for TSP, PM10, PM5, PM2.5, PM1.0 cutters) and a built-in filter membrane sampling device, which can collect dust samples while continuously monitoring particulate matter in the air.

LD-6S typeMulti functional laser dust analyzer particle detectorIt is a light scattering rapid dust analyzer with laser as the light source. The measurement principle is that when light is irradiated on suspended particles in the air, scattered light is generated. Under certain particle properties, the scattered light intensity of particles is proportional to their mass concentration. By measuring the scattered light intensity and applying the mass concentration K value, the mass concentration of particles can be obtained.


1. Standard dust cutter, replaceable PM5, PM2.5, PM1, TSP and total dust cutter.

PM10 particulate matter capture characteristics: Da50=10 μ m ± 0.5 μ m, σ g=1.5 ± 0.1.

PM2.5 particulate matter capture characteristics: Da50=2.5 μ m ± 0.2 μ m, σ g=1.2 ± 0.1.

Da50 is the aerodynamic diameter of particulate matter corresponding to a capture efficiency of 50%; σ g is the geometric standard deviation of capture efficiency.

Note 1: The correction particles are polystyrene particles with an average particle size of 0.6 μ m and a geometric standard deviation of σ ≤ 1.25;

Note 2: CPM is a method of expressing relative concentration by counting pulses per minute.

2. Measurement sensitivity (relative to calibration particles): 1CPM=0.001mg/m3 (high sensitivity); 1CPM=0.01mg/m3 (low sensitivity).

3. Measurement range (relative to calibration particles): 0.001 mg/m3 to 10 mg/m3 (high sensitivity); 0.01 mg/m3 to 100mg/m3 (low sensitivity).

4. Measurement time: 0.1min, 1min (standard measurement time), and (1-9999) min can be set arbitrarily.

5. Repeatability: ≤ 2%.

6. Relative measurement error: For calibrated particles, the relative measurement error is less than ± 10%.

7. The instrument is equipped with a self calibration device with optical stability that has been calibrated before leaving the factory.

8. Equipped with the function of eliminating humidity interference (humidity correction), it can be used under conditions of high relative humidity (>50%) in the environment.

9. Equipped with a powerful suction pump, it can reduce the impact of air velocity on measurement results.

10. Display screen: Chinese character prompt screen.

11. Continuous monitoring: measurement time (1-9999) s, standby time (0-9999) s, and sampling frequency (1-9999) can be set.

12. Data storage:

General measurement: cyclically store 99 sets of data (which can be played back by the instrument or read by a PC), each set including: mass concentration, measurement date, measurement time, and record number.

Labor hygiene: 30 sets of data are stored in a loop (which can be played back by the instrument or read by a PC), each set including: sampling date, sampling start time, K value used, measurement cycle, TWA value, STEL value, and record number. At the same time, the latest measured concentration value per minute (expressed in CPM) is retained, with a maximum of 1440 values (24 hours). This set of data can only be read through a PC.

Continuous monitoring: It can set operating parameters and store two sets of measurement data in continuous monitoring mode. Each set can store up to 9999 concentration values, which can only be read through a PC.

13. Alarm mode: An alarm concentration threshold can be set, and an audible alarm will sound when the threshold is exceeded.

14. Output interface: PC communication serial interface (RS232/RS485).

15. Power supply: Rechargeable lithium battery pack 3.5V x 2, the battery can be used continuously for more than 8 hours when fully charged, and comes with a 220VAC/12VDC power adapter.
