Introduction: The working principle of the $r $n Multi functional Grinding Particle Analyzer follows the ASTM D7596 standard, and its core is based on direct imaging technology and artificial intelligence recognition technology. The workflow is mainly divided into two parts: hardware imaging and software analysis. In terms of hardware, the core module of the instrument includes a laser light source, a 4x amplifier, a sample cell, and a CCD detector. During analysis, the oil sample flows through the sample pool and is irradiated with pulsed laser on the particles. The generated signal is amplified by a 4x amplifier and projected onto a high-resolution CCD detector for imaging, directly capturing the morphology and projection of each solid particle.
