Multi functional UV aging test chamberA fluorescent ultraviolet lamp that simulates the UV spectrum in sunlight, combined with temperature control, humidity supply, and other devices, is used to simulate factors such as high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and dark rain cycles caused by sunlight (UV) that can cause discoloration, brightness, intensity reduction, cracking, peeling, powdering, oxidation, and other damage to materials. At the same time, the synergistic effect between ultraviolet light and moisture weakens or fails the material's single light resistance or single moisture resistance, making it widely used for evaluating the material's weather resistance performance.

Light source introduction:
The light source uses 8 ultraviolet fluorescent lamps with a rated power of 40W as the light source. Ultraviolet fluorescent tubes are distributed on both sides of the machine, with 4 tubes on each side. There are UVA-340 and UVB-313 light sources available for users to choose from and configure.
The emission spectrum of UVA-340 lamps is mainly concentrated at a wavelength of 340nm, while the emission spectrum of UVB-313 lamps is mainly concentrated around a wavelength of 313nm.
We use UVA-340 fluorescent tubes. Due to the gradual attenuation of fluorescent light output over time, in order to reduce the impact of light energy attenuation on the experiment, this test box replaces one tube with a new tube every 1/4 of the fluorescent lamp life among all eight tubes. This way, the ultraviolet light source is always composed of new and old lamps, resulting in a constant output of light energy. The effective service life of the lamp tube can be around 1600 hours.
