◆ Multi functional
The T-shaped groove pressure plate provides you with a workbench for installing and testing various objects, from small material samples to large automotive components.
Multiple actuator positions
The installation location of multiple actuators places the actuators in the positions you need. You can order load devices equipped with pressure plates or crosshead actuators, and even order rotary actuators suspended on crossheads. Install another horizontal actuator with a reaction bracket to perform dual axis testing.
◆ Position of the second load transmission chain
The installation positions of the two load transmission chains, place the actuator and crosshead assembly in the positions you need. The standard installation position places the load chain at the center of the pressure plate. Any position will place the load transmission chain at the end of the pressure plate.
Hydraulic elevators and locks improve productivity
The optional hydraulic lift allows you to smoothly reposition the crosshead without the need for an overhead crane. The optional hydraulic lock can quickly unlock and lock the crosshead.
Modularization can meet specific testing requirements
The 322 series has three basic models that can improve load-bearing capacity and stiffness. After selecting the basic model, you can combine the actuator, force sensor, and servo valve, as well as the required pressure plate size and column height to meet the testing requirements.
◆ Independent type
The 322 series is equipped with pillars, allowing its pressure plate to be placed at a convenient working height. The weight distribution of the 322 series is reasonable, so most can be installed without special bases or reinforced laboratory floors. The 322 series is installed on isolation pads to provide you with a quieter working environment.
◆Testline ® Members of the series
The 322 series belongs to the large TestLine series of integrated testing components. This series also includes force sensors, actuators, hydraulic power supplies, and testing fixtures. They can work together, so you will spend more time obtaining test results and less time making fixtures and custom components.

The variation range of deflection rate is 20%, depending on the type of actuator and force sensor.
In order to obtain accurate high-frequency test results, a load device with a fatigue rating greater than the actuator rated force is used (the 322.31 load device with a fatigue rating of 55 kilopounds and the 22 kilopound actuator with a fatigue rating of 22 kilopounds will be harder than the 322.21 load device and actuator with a fatigue rating of 22 kilopounds)
