The tubular multi effect distilled water machine is a device that uses deionized water as raw material water and steam heating to produce injection water. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple operation, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, and automatic detection of injection water quality. The injection water produced by this machine has stable water quality and high purity, and the effluent water quality meets the regulations of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, European Pharmacopoeia, and United States Pharmacopoeia for "injection water". The machine can also produce high-purity steam for sterilization and disinfection, and is an ideal equipment for water production in hospitals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and beverage industries. Qualified raw water is pressurized by multi-stage pumps and enters the condenser for heat exchange. It then sequentially enters the preheaters of each effect, and then enters the first effect evaporator where it is sprayed onto the inner wall of the heating tube through the material water distributor, causing the material water to flow in a film like manner inside the tube and be heated and vaporized by steam from the boiler. The secondary steam carrying water droplets generated enters the steam water separation device from the lower end of the heating tube, and the separated pure steam enters the next effect as heating steam. The raw water that has not been evaporated enters the next effect, and the above process is repeated. The pure steam generated by the final effect enters the condenser and converges with condensed water from all effects except for the first effect for cooling. After removing insoluble gases, it becomes injection water with a temperature of 92-99 ℃.

Energy saving: Due to the use of thin-walled heat exchange tubes and advanced material water distributors, as well as the use of injection water generated by each evaporator as the heating source for the preheater, the overall heat exchange rate of the equipment is increased by 20%. The 5-effect machine does not require cooling water in northern regions, while in southern regions, it uses a small amount of cooling water. The 6-effect machine does not require cooling water.
  
Long service life: Due to the use of large space and low-speed separation, it avoids steam friction and corrosion. The service life of the machine is greatly extended. Under the same working conditions, the S-type multi effect machine has a 5-6 year longer service life than the spiral plate multi effect machine.
  
Fully automatic welding with internal and external argon gas protection: welding pipelines and equipment cylinders to ensure welding quality.
  
Insulation layer: made of glass wool or composite silicate needle blanket, with an outer layer made of SS304 brushed board.
  
Control system:There are multiple control modes for users to choose from: manual, PLC instrument fully automatic, PLC touch screen, etc. The PLC instrument is fully automatic and can display temperature, conductivity, flow rate, pressure, etc. online. The PLC touch screen can observe parameter changes (temperature, conductivity, flow rate, pressure, etc.) online through the touch screen, and keep track of the equipment production status at any time. And can be equipped with paper or paperless recorders according to customer requirements.
