The AS ONE Cell Picking System is a single-cell analysis/separation device that separates cells one by one using a chip with tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of micropores, and then distinguishes cells based on fluorescence intensity and transmitted light image information. Finally, while ensuring cell viability, the target cells are automatically recovered in single-cell form using glass capillaries. So as to meet the market demand for automatic recovery of high secretion monoclonal antibody cells that current technology cannot achieve.

1. Micro porous chip technology

There are hundreds of thousands of neatly arranged micropores on the microporous chip,microporousWith a diameter as small as 10um, it can accommodate one cell.

Antigens can be encapsulated on the walls of micropores and combined with antibodies secreted by cells for single-cell level Elisa analysis.

AS ONEKey applications of Cell Picking System:


Screening of antibody secreting cells(Single B cells, CHO cells, hybridoma, etc.)

The AS ONE Cell Picking System uses immune chamber technology to screen antibody secreting cells at the single-cell level. Firstly, the amino group is coated on the microporous wall to form an immune chamber, coupled with the target antibody or antigen. Then, the cells in the chamber are incubated to secrete the antibody, and finally, a fluorescent dye labeled secondary antibody is added. The antibodies secreted by cells bind to antigens and secondary antibodies in the immune chamber, and by analyzing the fluorescence intensity at the edge of micropores, high antibody secreting cells are screened at the single-cell level. Through this form of high-throughput single-cell ELISA application, single-cell recovery of antibody secreting cells can be achieved.

Compared with the traditional limited dilution method, the screening efficiency of the AS ONE Cell Picking System has been greatly improved, and the screening time has been significantly shortened.
