The monkeypox antigen detection kit is a qualitative method for detecting monkeypox antigen in oral and pharyngeal tissues, which is helpful for the diagnosis of monkeypox virus infection.
Detection Principle
The monkeypox antigen detection kit is an immunological detection specimen for monkeypox antigen in oropharyngeal tissues based on qualitative membrane strips. In this testing program, anti monkeypox antibodies are immobilized in the line area of the device being tested. It is good to place the throat sample into the sample, as it reacts with particles coated with anti monkeypox antibodies that have been applied to the sample pad. This mixture runs along the length of the test strip on the chromatogram, and the antibody interacts with the anti monkeypox antibody.If the sample contains monkeypox antigen, a colored line area will appear in the test to indicate a positive result. If the sample does not contain monkeypox antigen, there will be no colored line in that area, indicating a negative result. Storage and stability
