Working Principle:

10. The balanced temperature and humidity control system controls SSR in a PID manner to ensure that the heating and humidification capacity of the system is equal to the heat and humidity loss.

11. The temperature measurement signal from the wet and dry bulb is input through A/D conversion to the controller CPU and RAN for comparison and output to the I/O board. The I/O board issues instructions to activate the air supply system and refrigeration system. At the same time, PID controls the SSR to either heat or humidify the air supply system, ensuring that the heat and humidity are evenly distributed through the air supply system testing box to achieve balanced temperature and humidity control.

Attention: Ensure that the voltage frequency variation range for the performance of this device is within ± 5% of the voltage; Frequency ± 1%!

Humidification water: Pure water or distilled water (with a first preparation volume of at least 20L) or water with a conductivity of less than 10us/cm must be used.

Attention: Ensure that the purity of this water source is as clean as possible, and prohibit the use of groundwater!

5、 Machine installation site and installation method:

12. The installation location should consider the heat dissipation efficiency and ease of inspection and maintenance of the machine.

13. The bottom of the machine is equipped with a refrigeration system, which generates a large amount of heat. Therefore, during installation, there should be a minimum distance of 60 centimeters between the machine body, walls, and other machines to ensure smooth ventilation.

14. Install and adjust the four horizontal feet at the bottom of the fuselage on a flat and vibration free ground to balance the fuselage, facilitate drainage of the inner box, and prevent abnormal noise (please check with a spirit level)

15. Do not expose this device to direct sunlight and maintain indoor air circulation.

16. Please place the machine body in a separate space and do not place it in public places or near flammable, explosive, or corrosive chemicals to avoid fire and personal injury in case of malfunction.

17. The supply and drainage pipelines should be shortened as much as possible.

18. Please avoid setting it in dirty and dusty places, as the consequences may lead to; The cooling speed of the machine is slow or cannot meet the requirements of low temperature, and the temperature and humidity control cannot be very stable. The surrounding humidity should be maintained at 10 ℃~30 ℃; The machine can only achieve optimal and stable transportation between 70 ± 10% RH.

19. No debris should be placed on the top of the aircraft to prevent heavy objects from falling and causing personal injury or property damage.

20. Do not hold the electrical box, wires, or motor as a pivot point during transportation to prevent damage, loosening, or accidental failure of the electrical box or appliances.

21. The maximum inclination of the furnace body should be below 30 ° angle, and the furnace body must be firmly secured to prevent it from falling, crushing, damaging or smashing human bodies and property.
