1、 General instructions for DC power calibrator

Krohn-HiteModel 526 DC power calibratorIt is a highly stable and repeatable DC voltage and current source that provides N.I.S.T. traceable voltage and current for use in production, calibration laboratories, quality assurance and control departments, design laboratories, or anywhere requiring accurate voltage and current sources.

526 provides a precise voltage of ± 100nVdc to ± 111.1110Vdc within 20ppm for 1 year, and a precise current of ± 10nA to ± 111.1110mA within 50ppm for 1 year. It has very low noise, with a measured noise of<12 μ Vrms over a bandwidth of 10Hz to 100kHz.

2、 Decimal control

The microprocessor used for decimal control allows continuous use of a decimal number, with the ability to carry and borrow from more important decimal numbers * for ease of use and convenient manual operation. By using a decimal control, monotonic linear A/D measurements can be achieved at any resolution.

3、 Display screen and front panel control

A user-friendly 2-line 40 character display screen and six front panel decimal switches, capable of * carry and borrow, allowing for fast and accurate voltage and current settings. You can use the decimal switch and range key on the front panel to modify the output settings. Output as 2-wire, 4-wire implemented through a button or GPIB/LAN. When necessary, the protection function places the output in safe mode. The 526 output can be set to 0V, allowing output detection to maintain true 4-wire low impedance output.

4、 Range and Resolution

526 provides four voltage ranges of 100mV, 1V, 10V, and 100V, with resolutions of 100nV, 1 μ V, 10 μ V, and 100 μ V, respectively. Provide two current ranges of 10mA and 100mA, with resolutions of 10nA and 100nA respectively.

6、 Voltage, current, and compliance limits

1. Voltage mode specifications

3. GPIB programming

Sub devices: SH1, AH1, T6, L4, SR1, RL0, PP1, DC0, DT0, E1.

Line termination: GPIB EOI signals are always sent along with the last character on the line.

Speaker function: Allow querying Model 526 through the controller.

Communication data rate: usually 3ms when there is no range change, and 35ms when there is range change.

4. Terminal

The output terminals are installed on the front and rear panels (the rear panel is equipped with a 6-pin Amphenol connector and accessories are provided). The front terminal has 5 channels, gold color, low heat, fixed at the center at the three-quarters "position, and can only use one set of terminals at a time. 5. Operation mode

Local (LCL): Allow * front panel control

Call (RCL): Allow viewing and outputting of stored front panel settings from memory locations 01 to 32

Edit (EDT): allows editing of any memory location from 1 to 32

Remote (REM): Indicates that Model 526 is remotely controlled by IEEE-488 or LAN (optional)

6. Special functions

Port selection: Allow setting of IEEE-488 port or optional LAN port (if installed).

Menu selectable voltage and current limits: Allow setting voltage limits from 0V to 110V for each pole, and current limits from 0mA to 110mA for each pole. Fault safety hardware voltage clamp (compliant) limit: allows the hardware clamp voltage to be set in the current mode. The selection range is 120V, 36V, 26V, and 16V, ± 5%+± 1V.

Startup sequence: Allow the startup conditions to be set to factory default settings or last settings

Display area: Allow partial display of output voltage or * display

Zero crossing: Allow decimal control of voltage and current for zero crossing

Remote Protocol: Allow setting the remote programming protocol to Krohn Hite or Analogic 8200
