Overview

This device integrates mechanical technology, embedded technology, and computer technology, and is used to test the maximum concentration (or highest concentration) and explosion parameters of a mixture composed of chemical vapor and air or multicomponent mixed gases that will ignite or explode when exposed to a fire source. It evaluates the potential explosion hazard of chemical substances under different environmental pressures, atmospheres, and temperatures. The automatic constant temperature, vacuum pumping, automatic proportional gas distribution, automatic stirring, automatic ignition, and automatic explosion detection during the experimental process are all automatically completed by the device. This device adopts computer remote monitoring, with a monitoring distance greater than 50 meters and human-machine separation to ensure the safety of test personnel
