Function:

1. Determine the critical temperature of the hot surface at which loose media accumulated on the hot surface in a confined space can self heat (self ignite) under the programmed heating temperature of the hot surface, leading to the explosion of combustible gases in the space;

2. Determine the critical temperature of the hot surface that triggers an explosion of combustible gases in a confined space under the action of a programmed temperature rise on the hot surface;

3. Non distorted recording of the explosion process of combustible gases in space caused by self heating (spontaneous combustion), and optical research on the mechanism of disaster evolution;

4. The gas generated by self heating (self ignition) or explosion is collected through a gas intake and analyzed for composition using a chromatograph.

Technical indicators:

1. Structure and main configuration:

1.1 Explosive container: 4L stainless steel cube, internal dimensions 160mm (length) * 160mm (width) * 160mm (height), front with explosion-proof glass window, visible area not less than 150mm (width) * 150mm (height), maximum working pressure: 2MPa

Multiple sensor interfaces and pressure relief devices are installed on the top of the explosive container.

1.2 Hot surface: Made of 304 stainless steel, with a diameter of 50mm and a thickness of 30mm

1.3 Temperature Control Range: Room Temperature~600 ℃ Resolution 0.1 ℃

2. Temperature control system: adopting AI intelligent temperature control system, 10 stage program heating control, heating rate 0-10 ℃/min

3Gas distribution unit: The explosive container is equipped with gas inlet interfaces and valves, and proportional gas distribution is carried out using partial pressure method. The gas distribution accuracy is 0.1%, and the pressure measurement range is 0-1000kPa with an accuracy of ± 0.1 kPa

4. Vacuum unit:Install anti explosion shock filters to prevent combustion explosion products from blocking pipelines and contaminating the gas distribution system. Vacuum range: 0-100kPa, using rotary vane vacuum pump, ultimate vacuum: ≤ 100Pa, system sealing: 5-minute pressure rise ≤ 300Pa.

5. Safety protection: Explosion containers are equipped with pressure relief/sealing devices, with automatic pressure relief mode and sealed experimental mode.

6. Synchronous control and explosion detection system:

6.1 Explosion detection: High speed dynamic sensors are used to automatically detect pressure changes inside the container, automatically determine explosions, and synchronously output external trigger signals.

6.2 External Device Driver: Configure 2 external synchronous triggering function modules, which synchronously output external triggering signals to start external high-speed cameras and external high-speed data acquisition systems when an explosion is detected.

6.3 Program heating and self heating temperature acquisition system: automatically records the temperature of the hot surface and the temperature inside the accumulation layer during the program heating process, automatically draws the temperature time curve, and the data can also be saved to EXCEL for further analysis and processing.

6.4 Data Collection System: Configure workstations and monitoring software to automatically collect explosion pressure and flame temperature data, automatically draw explosion pressure/flame temperature time curves, and transfer the data to EXCEL for further analysis and processing.
