The RDS-100WS series intelligent vortex flow temperature sensor is based on the Karman vortex principle. Karman vortex is a phenomenon observed and studied by Hungarian American scientist von Karman in 1911: when a fluid passes around a non fluid linear object, paired, alternating, and opposite rotating anti symmetric vortices are generated on the left and right sides of the object's wake. The generation of this vortex has the property of periodic and alternating changes, and the frequency of change is proportional to the fluid velocity. High precision sensors are used for temperature measurement, and the signal is processed by the post-processing circuit and converted into standard industrial electrical signals for output and display. The temperature upper and lower limit alarm values can be set arbitrarily, and real-time temperature conditions can be remotely monitored. All parameters can be set arbitrarily on site.
