Microwave hydrothermal synthesis instrumentThe microwave hydrothermal method is an effective carrier for the preparation of nanomaterials. This method changes the energy supply mode, improves synthesis efficiency, adds multiple control dimensions, enhances experimental reproducibility, and effectively reduces the environmental conditions required for preparation based on traditional hydrothermal methods. Therefore, the development and establishment of this instrument method will achieve international cutting-edge research results in material preparation, environmental pollution control, and energy conversion and storage.
Compared with traditional methods, which have slow synthesis speed, low yield, high cost, and safety hazards, the use of microwave catalysis and microwave hydrothermal synthesis can significantly improve synthesis speed, yield, and repeatability, and have important innovations in methodology. Microwave heating enables reactants to cross energy levels, increase molecular average kinetic energy, and accelerate chemical reactions; This instrument can combine in-situ magnetic stirring with single station microwave hydrothermal reaction, improve the uniformity of the system, enhance experimental reproducibility, and can undertake the key task of material synthesis innovation.
Instrument Features
The instrument adopts imported Toshiba brand professional microwave source, which heats uniformly and rapidly. The chamber is made of large volume austenitic stainless steel material, which has the functions of high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Standard 100ml microwave high-pressure reactor, working temperature 260 ℃, working pressure 6MPa; 250ml and 500ml microwave pressure reactors can be selected according to configuration requirements. Specially designed dual protection safety furnace door, multi-layer composite integrated mold stamping high-strength anti radiation leakage furnace door, with safety performance such as no deformation, shock wave resistance, and microwave leakage prevention. Temperature and pressure dual control system, with real-time display of reaction data and its curve graph on the LCD screen.
