The inner tank of the microwave hydrothermal kettle is made of modified polytetrafluoroethylene rod material by integral molding. Compared with traditional polytetrafluoroethylene material, it has a denser structure, smaller internal voids, resistance to creep, penetration, and corrosion, and the highest working temperature reaches 260 ℃. The integrated structure ensures the tightness of the entire inner tank. The temperature sensor interface and pressure sensor interface are also formed in one step, enabling precise temperature and pressure control of the instrument.

The outer tank is made of PEEK (polyetheretherketone resin) organic polymer material imported from the UK/Germany, and the fully enclosed threaded structure ensures the best pressure resistance effect, making the tank body have no weak points. Simultaneously incorporating 30% glass fiber modification enables it to withstand working pressures up to 6MPa (870psi), ensuring absolute safety in high-temperature and high-pressure experiments. And a certain amount of threads are reserved at the lid and body of the tank, considering that it may maintain the best tightening state even when the material of the tank expands slightly under high temperature conditions. The equipped special wrench makes it easy to open and tighten.
