4、 Key description:
1. Host: The machine adopts a gantry floor standing dual space structure, which can be pulled up and pressed down, and the horizontal beam can be raised and lowered without speed regulation. After replacing the column, screw, and outer cover, the test space can be changed. The transmission system consists of a low-noise circular arc synchronous toothed belt reduction system and a ball screw pair, which runs smoothly, has high efficiency, low noise, and no pollution.

Standard configuration: lever type stretching attachment and compression attachment each. The stretching attachment adopts manual clamping method, which is convenient, reliable, and does not slip. During the clamping process, the jaws do not move, and the clamp moves up and down. The sample is not subjected to additional force, ensuring the accuracy of the test results.

8、 Operating procedures:
Operating Procedures for Electronic Testing Machines
Preparation process:
Reliable grounding of testing machine
Check whether the sensor meets the test requirements and whether it needs to be replaced to avoid damaging the sensor due to excessive testing force
Open the computer, run MaxTest software, switch to the mobile crossbeam interface (marked as ① in the figure), turn on the power of the testing machine host, select a speed of 10mm/min, and click on the software to rise and fall. Confirm that the testing machine is functioning properly
Experimental process:
New sample information (marked as ② in the figure)
Zero the test force (marked as ③ in the figure) and prepare to start the test
Adjust the test bench to a convenient clamping or bending test position by clicking on the up and down buttons. If using an extensometer, confirm that the "Remove the extensometer" button (marked as ④ in the figure) pops up, clamp the extensometer properly, and reset the deformation (marked as ⑤ in the figure)
Set the loading rate according to the testing requirements of the relevant industry, click the MaxTest test start button (marked as ⑥ in the figure), and immediately remove the extensometer after yielding to end the test. Remove the specimen, clean the residue on the specimen, and continue the test. Repeat the above test process
