Product Introduction
The three gas incubator simulates the growth environment of microorganisms, tissues, cells, etc., providing stable temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and oxygen concentration, and is used for cell and tissue culture as well as the reproduction and cultivation of certain special microorganisms.
Main features
1. The CO2 gas concentration detection adopts an IR infrared sensor to calculate the CO2 gas concentration. During operation, the sensor has no mechanical wear, fast response speed, high reliability, good stability, and long service life.
2. The detection of O2 gas concentration adopts an electrochemical oxygen sensor, which has the characteristics of good linearity, accurate detection, long service life, and can fully meet the needs of users.
3. All temperature detection uses imported PT100 resistance temperature sensors, which have stable performance and good linearity.
When the concentration of O2 gas is less than 19.8%, high-purity N2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
When the concentration of O2 gas is greater than 23%, high-purity O2 gas and CO2 gas are used to ensure the accuracy of CO2 gas concentration and O2 concentration.
6. The box adopts a gentle breeze circulation method to make the air circulation close to natural air convection, shorten the recovery time of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration, and ensure the balance of temperature, humidity, O2 concentration, and CO2 concentration.
When the box door is opened, the solenoid valve automatically closes and the breeze circulation stops automatically, reducing gas loss, saving gas sources, and minimizing pollution caused by external air entering the box.
8. Temperature and gas concentration are displayed digitally, which is intuitive, clear, and accurate.

1. Constant temperature incubators are classified according to heating methods: water jacket type and electric heating film type.
1) The water jacket type is achieved by heating the liquid layer wrapped around the periphery and then heating the inside. The heating process is slow, but it can maintain a constant internal temperature for a longer period of time, ensuring stable cultivation of the sample.
2) Electric heating film is used to directly heat the interior of the box through an electric heating film attached to the inner wall. The heating is relatively rapid and can reach the desired temperature in a short period of time.
2. Constant temperature incubators are classified according to temperature control methods: automatic constant temperature regulation (mechanical) and computer intelligent control (programmable).
1) Automatic temperature control devices often use "metal plates". Make a spiral shape using a metal sheet with a high coefficient of thermal expansion. One end of the metal sheet is fixed on the inner wall of the box, and the other end is equipped with a movable contact. At room temperature, the two contacts are closed. After connecting the power supply, the temperature inside the box rises, and the metal sheet fixed here expands due to heat, causing the bending degree to change, causing the contact on the other end to leave, cutting off the circuit, stopping heating, and the temperature drops. Reduced to a certain extent. The spiral metal sheet returns to its original state, and the two contacts come into contact again, connecting the circuit and starting heating. This way, the circuit is constantly on and off, maintaining a constant temperature inside the box.
2) Most computer intelligent control systems use microcomputer PID controllers as control units, thermal sensors as thermometers, and digital displays of set and measured values, forming a complete control system. The measured temperature is obtained from the system's thermometer, and the controller makes a decision. The response is made through an output device. The controller obtains the measurement result from the thermometer, then subtracts the measurement result from the set result to obtain the error. Finally, the error is used to calculate a correction value for the system as the input result. This way, the system can eliminate errors from its output result, ensuring the stability of the temperature inside the incubator. It is the mainstream temperature control method for incubators.
3. Thermostatic incubators are classified according to the cultivation environment: ordinary incubators, carbon dioxide incubators, three gas/low oxygen incubators, and anaerobic incubators.
