MicroRNA PCR chip detection service
Introduction to Experimental Techniques:miRCURY LNATM Universal RT microRNAPCR chip detectionThe platform adopts the Universal RT reaction of * to achieve accurate quantitative detection of microRNA. Even in samples with low total RNA content, such as FFPE and serum/plasma, high-quality microRNA detection results can be obtained, which is suitable for screening clinical samples.
Experimental operation process:
1. MiRNA Extraction and Quality Analysis
2. Optimization of Pre experimental Conditions
3. Formal experimental samples undergo four repeated tests
4. The experimental report includes data analysis
5. Amplification curve
6. Melting curve
The customer provides:
1. Organizational samples: Fresh tissue should be stored in liquid nitrogen or at -80 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 100mg of tissue;
2. Cultivate cells: Take no less than 2x106 cells by cell counting and transfer them to an EP tube. Add 0.5ml of physiological saline or protein protectant, mix well, and store in a refrigerator (-80 ° C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing);
3. Blood cell specimens: Store blood samples in anticoagulant tubes or separate cells in lymphocyte isolation solution and add 0.5m physiological saline or protein protectant for preservation (-80 ° C can be stored for a long time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing);
4. Serum or cell culture medium specimens: After centrifugation to remove impurities, take the supernatant and transfer it into an EP tube for storage (can be stored at 49C for 15-20 days, and can be stored at -80 ° C for a long time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing);
5. Sample transportation: You can choose any of the following options--Ways to send specimens
① Organize samples and cell samples, transport them with dry ice or add protein protectants, and send them in ice bags;
② Cell samples can also be directly sent to culture bottles (sealed to ensure no contamination and no leakage of culture medium);
③ Serum or supernatant can be directly sent in ice packs (depending on the distance, it can take 2-3 days to arrive).
Delivery standards:
1. Chip detection data
2. Complete experimental operating procedures, experimental reports (including software analysis results), and experimental materials
Others
Liquid samples above 500 μ m should be stored in qualified sample storage tubes. Whole blood separated from serum/plasma samples should not be frozen, transported at 4 ° C, stored for a short period of time, extracted as soon as possible, and mixed blood cells should be discarded as much as possible. Separated serum samples should be stored at -80 ° C to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
