Micro electrochemical analyzerProduct Introduction:
The instrument adopts the form of a workstation, and the high-speed camera is multi-directional through EthernetControl, image acquisition and processing are achieved through high-speed image acquisition cards and related software, and temperature, electric field, and other related analog quantities and process control are achieved through Siemens S7200 series PC. The electrolytic cell is made of highly transparent quartz glass, with one side of the electrode fixed and the other side adjustable up and down. Low voltage DC heating tube is used for heating, with slope heating, no strong convection, no bubbles, and no impact on imaging quality. The high-voltage power supply adopts a modular integrated constant power high-voltage power supply, which realizes the application of AC, DC, and pulse electric fields. The light source of the imaging system adopts high brightness LED, and the adapter adopts stepless regulation to achieve brightness adjustment. All the above parameters are controlled by the workstation.
Functional purpose:
Establish a microscopic observation system for oil-water separation process under electric field, which can analyze the electric separation process of oil phase (non-polar phase) - water phase (polar phase) system, and study the microscopic mechanism of oil-water separation of low-quality crude oil and water mixture system under various electric fields (AC, DC, AC/DC, pulse electric fields) and different electric field strengths. According to the actual observation results, relevant parameters can be adjusted locally. It can clearly capture the dynamic whole process of aggregation, growth, separation, and sedimentation of various micron sized oil/water droplets under various high-voltage electric forces.
