1. Hydraulic wedge fixture
-Clamping force: up to 300 kN, equipped with anti slip teeth and pressure compensation function, ensuring stable clamping of high hardness valve body;
-Clamping range: Round bars with a diameter of 6 to 50 mm or flat plates with a diameter of 0 to 40 mm, supporting customization and expansion up to 60 mm;
-Operational efficiency: One click clamping/releasing, improving testing convenience;
2. Internal pressure sealing device (optional)
-Pressure range: 0-40 MPa, accuracy controlled within ± 0.5%;
-Automation function: integrates automatic water injection, exhaust, voltage stabilization, and pressure relief processes, and synchronously collects tensile and internal pressure data in real time;
-Compliance: Meet the requirements of API 6D, GB/T 13927 and other standards for shell testing;
3. High temperature environment furnace (optional)
-Temperature range: 100 ℃ -900 ℃, tropical length ≥ 150 mm, temperature gradient ≤ 3 ℃;
-Extension function: Can be used in conjunction with a high-temperature extensometer to complete short-term tensile or creep tests;
