The CMT5205XYDL microcontroller high-temperature electronic universal testing machine is an electromechanical integrated product, mainly composed of the following systems:

The host adopts a gantry style single space structure, and the test space is located in the lower space, mainly composed of a base and a rack.
4、 Wedge hydraulic fixture
1. Main purpose
The 200kN series hydraulic fixture is clamped by hydraulic pressure and used for tensile testing of mechanical properties of metals and composite materials at room temperature. The clamping is reliable and does not slip. Due to the use of an embedded structure in this fixture, it is very convenient to clamp the sample and replace the jaws. The piston and slider are rigidly connected, and the cylinder body moves to make the jaws move parallel and clamp the sample, reducing the initial force at the moment of clamping. The jaw adopts a block type structure, which is convenient for replacing the jaw and removing dust, dirt, etc.
2. Applicable clamping materials
The 200kN series hydraulic fixture is suitable for clamping various high-strength and high hardness threaded steel and ordinary metal bars, plates, as well as new composite materials with high strength that are generally difficult to clamp.
3. Hardness range of clamping material
-When the hardness of the clamping material is below HRC28, standard jaws are used
-When the hardness of the clamping material is in the range of HRC28~HRC38, high-strength jaws are used
-When the hardness of the clamping material is above HRC38, this fixture is not allowed to be used and other clamping methods must be used
-When clamping threaded steel, use pliers for threaded steel
Attention: Unless otherwise specified, this fixture is only equipped with standard jaws

The working conditions of this device are the same as those of the testing machine:
-Relative humidity below: 80%
-Power supply voltage: 380V
-There should be a space of no less than 0.7m around the equipment, with a clean and dust-free working environment
