1、 Basic positioning and compliance certification

The QDB series is a sanitary grade Dry Blender launched by Q-Pumps (Queretaro, Mexico). It is a modular online mixing system consisting of QIM online mixer, worktable, and hopper (including built-in ball valve). The core is used for dry mixing and online mixing of powder liquid and powder powder, suitable for hygiene conditions such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, etcCore certifications include 3A, FDA, EHEDG, fluid contact surface standard Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m (32 μ in), optional Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m (16 μ in) electropolishing, standard 304/316L stainless steel material, compatible with NEMA/IEC motors, 50/60Hz universal, can be upgraded with QVM high viscosity mixer and QTS twin-screw pump combination.
