The QVM series is a high viscosity online mixer launched by Q-Pumps (Queretaro, Mexico), designed specifically for the homogenization, dispersion, and emulsification of high viscosity media, suitable for hygiene conditions such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc. Core certifications include 3A, FDA, EHEDG, fluid contact surface standard Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m (32 μ in), optional Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m (16 μ in) electric polishing, standard 316L stainless steel material, compatible with NEMA/IEC motors, 50/60Hz universal, can be linked with QTS twin-screw pumps to improve the mixing efficiency of high viscosity materials.
