Purpose:Metallurgical standard sample of magnetite concentrateSuitable for calibrating instruments, evaluating measurement methods, and unifying test values in the quality inspection of iron ore, ball ore, and sintered ore products. It can also be used for production control, arbitration analysis, and assessment of testing personnel for such products.

1、 Preparation method
Raw material preparation, drying, jaw crusher, coarse crushing, roller crusher, fine crushing, small ball mill, grinding and screening<0.098mm (160 mesh), mechanical mixing, 10r/min, sealed storage, packaging uniformity inspection, constant value analysis, data statistics, constant value
2、 Uniformity and stability testing
Randomly select 20 bottles for uniformity testing, using the variance F-test method. The test results show that F<F α, indicating good uniformity of the standard substance. Determine total iron and ferrous by potassium dichromate titration (minimum sample size of 0.2g), C and S by infrared absorption method (sample size of 0.2g), and SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, MnO, P, Cu, and TiO2 by inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (sample size of 0.1g); The EDTA volumetric method is used to determine CaO in sintered mines (with a sample size of 0.2g). After a year of stability testing, the performance is stable. After years of stability testing of similar standard substances, this standard substance has good stability and a validity period of ten years.
3、 Analysis method

The perchloric acid dehydration weight method, , EDTA complexometric titration method ICP-AES、 Atomic absorption spectroscopy, diantipyrylmethane photometric method, infrared absorption method, combustion iodometric titration method, infrared absorption method, BCO photometric method, etc.

Note: Standard substances should be stored in a dry place. Take a portion of the sample in a weighing bottle before use, dry it at 105 ℃± 5 ℃, and store it in a dryer for future use. After opening, the glass bottle should have its inner and outer caps tightened and stored in a dryer.
