Overview of structural features

The embedding machine can work reliably under the following conditions:

● Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;

The temperature of the surrounding medium shall not exceed+40 degrees Celsius and shall not be less than -10 degrees Celsius;

The relative humidity of the air is not greater than 85% (at 20 degrees Celsius);

There is no obvious vibration or jolting;

There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that can seriously damage metals and insulation around.

This machine is a mechanical inlaying machine, which rotates the external handwheel of the machine body and drives the internal screw of the machine body through a pair of bevel gears to move the lower mold of the pressed sample up and down inside the rigid mold sleeve. The thermal plastic and the embedded sample are formed under heating conditions. The forming pressure during the sample preparation process is automatically compensated by springs fixed in the collective, and the pressure of the sample compression can be indicated by signal lights.

This embedding machine is equipped with a digital temperature controller, which enables real-time temperature display and autonomous temperature setting. It is also equipped with a timer, which enables semi-automatic sample preparation and greatly improves work efficiency. Each embedding and sample preparation time is 8-10 minutes, and an ideal sample as smooth as a mirror can be obtained.
