There are various diameter specifications for chromatographic columns, suitable for preparing various types of samples, from high-throughput samples obtained in drug discovery processes, to laboratory scale preparation, and even to pilot scale sample preparation. There are three sizes of inner diameters for chromatographic columns from semi preparation to preparation: 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 50mm, with column lengths ranging from 50-250mm. The particle size of chromatographic columns is available in two sizes: 5 µ m and 10 µ m, and each size of chromatographic column has very high column efficiency.
