Product Features:
(1) The column installation time is short, and there is no need for secondary disassembly and assembly, so it can avoid the impact of column bed rebound on column efficiency during disassembly and assembly of traditional chromatography columns.

1) Replace the pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump with a hydraulic station. Its advantage lies in the gentle output pressure of the hydraulic station, the constant descent of the hydraulic cylinder, and the avoidance of the impact force caused by the intermittent output of the pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump, which not only protects the packing but also avoids the overall impact of the equipment on the ground.
2) The pipeline layout is more concise. Only the two oil pipes connecting the hydraulic cylinder are highly integrated, with better overall integrity. Larger and more convenient space for disassembling and assembling chromatography columns.
3) Two power sources, pneumatic and electric, can be used. In certain specific situations, the output pressure and generated compressed air volume of compressed air cannot meet the needs of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pumps, resulting in insufficient column installation pressure and long column installation time, which affects column efficiency. At the same time, some laboratories do not have compressed air, and using gas cylinders or air compressors will incur additional costs and noise. The explosion-proof motor used for electric drive can use the same power supply as the pump and detector.
4) On DACs with a diameter exceeding 800mm, the installation time of pneumatic hydraulic amplification pumps will be significantly prolonged due to flow and pressure limitations. By using a hydraulic station, a pump with high flow rate and low pressure can be used to achieve rapid column installation, while a small pneumatic hydraulic amplification pump can be used to maintain pressure after column installation is completed.
