Function

Test the sharpness and needle tip strength of medical knives and needles

Principle

Servo motor drives medical knives and needles to move at a constant speed, cutting or piercing medical sutures and artificial skin, accurately measuring cutting and puncture forces, and calculating the sharpness of the sample.

The servo motor drives the movement of the medical needle, stabs the stainless steel plate with a certain force for a certain period of time, observes the deformation of the needle tip, and determines the strength of the needle tip.
