Type

Single punch tablet press: a tablet press that uses a pair of molds for vertical reciprocating motion. Mainly driven by the rotation of the rotating wheel, the particles filled into the mold holes by the powder feeder are compressed into tablets. However, there are defects such as high impact noise and low yield (about 100 tablets/min) during tablet pressing, which are only suitable for small batch production and laboratory trial production.

Rotary tablet press: a tablet press that uses multiple molds evenly distributed on a rotating turntable to perform vertical reciprocating motion along a certain trajectory. It is a widely used tablet press in current production, which can be further divided into ordinary rotary tablet press, sub high speed rotary tablet press, and high-speed rotary tablet press. The axis of the high-speed rotary tablet press mold rotates with the turntable at a linear speed of not less than 60m/min, and has a forced feeding mechanism controlled by PLC. It has functions such as automatic pressure adjustment, control of tablet weight, removal of waste tablets, printing of data, and display of fault shutdown.

Easy operation and cleaning: It has the characteristics of simple operation and convenient cleaning, especially when changing varieties, the cleaning is quick and convenient.

The technical advantages are obvious: the fully automatic high-speed rotating PLC tablet press adopts an electromechanical integrated servo control system, with servo motor as the power source, and high precision in output torque and speed. The spindle speed can reach up to 100r/min, and the maximum tablet production can reach 168KT/H. With the size and shape of the die, it can press out circular tablets with a maximum diameter of 13mm and irregular tablets with a maximum side length of 16mm. The average tablet weight control accuracy is ± 1%, and the difference in individual tablet weight is small.

Safety protection function *: It has various interlocking protection and alarm functions, such as upper and lower punch over tight protection function, main pressure and pre pressure hydraulic support with adjustable hydraulic pressure and automatic pressure holding function, automatic lubrication system (adjustable lubrication flow rate and time interval, with insufficient lubricating oil alarm device), automatic control of tablet weight within the error range and elimination of unqualified products, overload protection, emergency stop, automatic fault stop alarm function, etc.
