1、 Ingredients
The chemical composition of C93900 tin bronze includes copper, tin, and small amounts of metal elements such as nickel, manganese, and aluminum.
2、 Performance
(1) Corrosion resistance
This alloy has high corrosion resistance and can be used in many harsh environments, such as seawater, acidic and alkaline solutions, etc.
(2) Mechanical performance
High hardness and strength: able to maintain good strength and shape stability even under heavy loads or high temperature environments.
Good toughness: It has good plasticity and toughness, and can be easily processed through forging, stretching, and compression techniques.
(3) Processing performance
Good machinability: It can easily undergo forging, stretching, and compression processing techniques, and can also be easily welded using conventional welding. The welded joint has comparable strength to the base material. The hot processing temperature is usually between 750-850 ℃.
