1. When transporting, it should be handled with care and rolling is strictly prohibited. When stacking upright, the back edge must first touch the ground.
2. When the area of a single stone slab exceeds 0.25_, it must be transported vertically. When transporting large products with lifting tools, the stressed edges must be padded.
3. When using lifting equipment to load and unload products packaged in wooden boxes, it is advisable to lift one box at a time. When handling products packaged with grass ropes, do not lift the grass ropes.
4. Loading and stacking should be carried out according to storage requirements, and transportation should be smooth and collision is strictly prohibited

1、 Daily cleaning and basic maintenance
Surface cleaning
Instant cleaning: After each use, use a soft bristled brush or vacuum cleaner to remove metal shavings, dust, oil stains, and other debris to avoid scratches caused by hard objects (such as wire brushes).
Stubborn stain treatment: In case of oil stains or glue marks, neutral cleaning agents (such as dishwashing detergent) can be mixed with warm water and gently wiped with a soft cloth. It is forbidden to use acidic (such as hydrochloric acid) or alkaline (such as sodium hydroxide) highly corrosive cleaning agents.
Drying treatment: Immediately wipe dry with a dry soft cloth after cleaning to prevent moisture from seeping in and causing cracking or discoloration.
Dust and pollution prevention
Use dust covers or enclosed workbenches in dusty environments to avoid the attachment of pollutants generated during painting, welding, and other operations.
2、 Corrosion and chemical protection
Chemical substance isolation
It is strictly prohibited for the platform to come into contact with acid, alkali, or salt solutions (such as sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, and sodium chloride solutions). If accidentally touched, immediately rinse with plenty of water and clean with neutral detergent.
The metal support structure needs to be regularly coated with anti rust oil to prevent rusting from affecting the stability of the platform.
Environmental humidity control
Keep the environmental humidity between 40% -60% to avoid sudden changes in humidity that may cause marble to absorb moisture, expand, or crack due to dehydration.
3、 Measures to prevent physical damage
Scratch and collision prevention
When placing workpieces or tools, place soft materials (such as rubber pads, felt) on them to avoid direct contact with hard objects. When carrying heavy objects, use lifting equipment or soft ropes, and it is forbidden to strike the surface of the platform with hammers or files.
Protective strips need to be installed at the edge of the platform to prevent damage caused by collisions.
Temperature stability management
Avoid long-term exposure to high temperatures (such as direct sunlight) or low temperatures (such as frozen environments), and temperature changes should be controlled within ± 5 ℃ to prevent deformation caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
4、 Regular calibration and precision maintenance
Professional calibration
According to the frequency of use, contact professional institutions every 6-12 months for flatness and verticality calibration, and use laser interferometers or level gauges for testing to ensure accuracy meets standards.
Clean the platform before calibration to avoid stains affecting the test results.
Self inspection and status monitoring
Regularly use a level or laser interferometer for self inspection, record data to monitor the platform status. If local dents or edge wear are found, stop using immediately and send for repair.
5、 Long term storage and special scenario handling
Long term storage standards
Place horizontally in a dry and ventilated environment, avoiding tilting or stacking. Cover with a dust cover or plastic film to prevent dust and moisture from entering.
Regularly inspect during storage to ensure no deformation or contamination.
Special environmental response
In humid environments, desiccants can be placed to absorb moisture; In high-temperature environments, use insulation materials to block direct sunlight.
If the platform is used for high-precision measurement, it should be used in a vibration free environment to avoid vibration affecting accuracy.
6、 Emergency response and repair
Scratch repair
Minor scratches can be lightly sanded with fine sandpaper (such as 2000 grit) and then coated with marble specific repair agent. Deep scratches require professional repair.
Crack repair requires filling with epoxy resin and polishing to match the original surface.
Corrosion treatment
If the surface is corroded, it should be immediately cleaned with a neutral cleaning agent, and the corroded area should be filled with a professional repair agent, and if necessary, re polished.
